My style blends anatomy-based precision with intuitive listening- creating space for relaxation, alignment, and functional change.

I specialize in helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build nervous system safety, and understand the underlying causes of pain or imbalance. Sessions often include gentle education about posture, breath, lifestyle, and body mechanics so you leave not only feeling better, but empowered with tools for continued wellness.

My practice is trauma-informed, body-positive, and inclusive of all abilities. I have a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western medicine, and I am particularly passionate about women’s health, supporting the body through hormonal shifts, stress, and life transitions. Of course, all genders are welcome.
