I’ve been walking this path since I graduated high school. Exploring the body, the breath, the subtle ways we carry stress and joy, and how touch can transform us. Florida is my home, but my heart is wide open... to growth, community, love, and the deep work of healing.

I believe that presence is medicine. That our bodies remember what words cannot say. That slowing down, listening, and allowing yourself to just be can change everything.

Over the years, I’ve worked with professional athletes, celebrities, cruise ship clients, and people from all walks of life. I’ve trained in many modalities of massage, Thai yoga, Reiki, prenatal/doula care, and somatic practices.. but the most important work is what happens when you feel truly seen.

Wild Native Wellness is the space I created for that; a place to unarm, release, and reconnect to your natural rhythm. My work blends intuition, touch, and energy to guide breakthroughs, whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or profound transformation.
