Hi, I’m Joseph McCormick, a passionate massage therapist, coach, and lifelong student of movement and recovery. My journey started in the world of fitness and sports performance — I’ve spent years as a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist and a collegiate strength and track coach, helping athletes and everyday people move better, recover faster, and perform their best.

As I worked closely with clients, I saw how stress, tension, and injuries can build up and affect not just the body, but the mind. That inspired me to study massage therapy at Harper College, where I combined my background in anatomy, strength, and rehab with hands-on healing techniques.

My goal in every session is to help you feel better, move better, and live better — whether that’s through deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, relaxation massage, or personalized bodywork designed around your specific needs.

I believe massage isn’t just about relief; it’s about restoring balance and helping you reconnect with your body.
