At BodyWorks by Lisa my goal is to help you truly disconnect and reset. Think about the quiet, calm feeling you get when walking in the forest—that sense of being grounded and at peace. Massage and stretching helps melt away stress and tension, giving you that same feeling of deep connection and renewal, so you can leave feeling completely rooted, refreshed, and ready to take on the world.

Throughout my career, I've had the unique opportunity to work across the industry, from clinical settings alongside chiropractors to luxurious, high-end spas, busy big-box chains and independent studio's, like this one! All those years of hands-on experience taught me versatility, but more importantly, my clients helped define my approach. They consistently responded best to a specific combination of techniques, which they named Deep Swedish. I've since brought that client-approved technique to my work here.

Finding a new therapist is always a gamble so I have created a Discovery Massage Session. This discounted introductory treatment includes an extended consultation designed for us to fully discuss your needs and expectations, guaranteeing our goals align.

All sessions are full time! Please arrive early to assure full 60 or 90.
