Cassidy, the founder of Lucid Lotus and a Burlington local, has dedicated 16 years to the healing arts, guiding others toward balance, vitality, and self-discovery. Her journey has taken her around the world- from completing a 500- hour yoga teacher training in Bali and advanced massage training in Thailand, to working with the women's Olympic Chiropractor, at Michelin-award-winning lodge in Alaska, and within the nation's top ten Ayurvedic Spas.

Through this rich experience, Cassidy has cultivated a practice rooted in holistic wellness natural self-care, and a deep understanding of the language of nature. At Lucid Lotus, she blends massage, yoga, skincare, and sound healing to create experiences that restore body, mind, and spirit.

Lucid Lotus was born from Cassidy's vision of blooming from mucky waters into something luminous- a space where every client can reconnect, renew and awaken their inner light. Warm, approachable, and deeply intentional, Cassidy invites you to experience your own journey of transformation.
