Cassidy, the founder of Lucid Lotus and a Burlington local, has dedicated 16 years to the healing arts, guiding others toward balance, vitality, and self-discovery. Her journey has taken her around the world- from completing a 500- hour yoga teacher training in Bali and advanced massage training in Thailand, to working with the women's Olympic Chiropractor, at Michelin-award-winning lodge in Alaska, and within the nation's top ten Ayurvedic Spas.

Through this rich experience, Cassidy has cultivated a practice rooted in holistic wellness natural self-care, and a deep understanding of the language of nature. At Lucid Lotus, she blends massage, yoga, skincare, and sound healing to create experiences that restore body, mind, and spirit.
