I started this practice from a genuine passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and live without constant pain or tension.

My approach is both therapeutic and intuitive — I focus on what your body needs most in the moment, whether that’s deep tissue work for tight muscles, a soothing Swedish session for stress relief, or targeted techniques to support recovery and mobility.

My goal is to create a space where you can relax, release, and restore balance — leaving each session feeling lighter, looser, and more in tune with your body.

I currently offer appointments in Herndon and Ashburn, VA, with free parking at both locations.
