Holli Holmquist Is a licensed massage therapist, Reiki II practitioner, craniosacral therapist, and certified health and wellness coach. She holds a B.A in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, an A.A in Massage Therapy from AACC, and a Health and Wellness Coaching certification form the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Holli is trained in several therapeutic modalities, including deep tissue, Trigger point, pregnancy, and myofascial release. Her favorite modality, trigger point therapy, allows her to help clients find lasting relief from chronic tension and pain by addressing the root cause of muscular imbalance.

With a deep belief in the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, Holli creates individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique needs and goals. Her sessions blend technical skills with intuitive care, creating a safe and restorative space for healing and renewal.

Outside the studio, Holli enjoys spending time with family and friends, snuggling her pets and exploring nature. Whether hiking, reading or playing in her garden, she finds inspiration in the interconnectedness of all living things - a philosophy that guides both her life and her healing work.
