Hi there! Welcome and thank you for being here! :)

The healing art of massage is one of my favorite things to share with others. It was through my own back injury, and experience with therapeutic massage as a vital part of the wellness industry and my healing journey that led me to pursue massage and bodywork as a career path in 2011. Since then, my appreciation and gratitude for this dynamic and holistic therapy has only grown.

My service includes an integrated blend of the continual learning I have done in the healing arts, which includes, but is not limited to - Myofascial release, Acupressure/Meridian massage, Orthopedic, Muscle Testing, Swedish and Deep tissue massage, Reflexology and Fire cupping.

It is my priority to address individual needs, help reduce tension patterns, and restore balance with combination technique for the body, mind, and spirit. Your restoration and relaxation are most important, and providing a space that is safe and supportive helps facilitate that.

Thanks again for being here and I look forward to working with you!
