My name is Alyssa Coyne, I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with 7 years of experience as a personal trainer. Having a background in personal training, corrective exercise and functional movement; I offer a unique approach to massage therapy that goes beyond relaxation. I strive to help people move better, feel better and enhance their quality of life by reducing pain and restoring function.

I work with athletes, post-injury and post-surgery clients, and everyday adults who want to improve their range of motion, feel stronger and less movement restriction in their daily lives.

I utilize techniques such as Sports/Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Body Tempering.
