I came into massage therapy because of my own pain. What I didn't know then, was the profound methods of healing that go way beyond the physical to elicit a depth I had no idea existed. I didn't know the true responsibility of what this world, in all its facets, truly held for me and my clients.

I choose to have a small interview before each massage. Why? Because uncovering where we start and where we need to go is truly an individual situation. I blend what is known, what is a question, and sometimes that which is hidden. Bodywork really is an art form. Here, your body, your experiences, and your journey are valued and supported.
