Born and raised in Japan, I have lived in America for 25 years. With over 26 years of experience, more than 20,000 sessions, and practice across three countries, I bring a unique blend of Japanese, American, and Asian healing traditions to my work.

I believe that true healing occurs more rapidly when both the body and mind are soothed — and that many illnesses are caused or worsened by untreated stress.
