Born and raised in Japan, I have lived in America for 25 years. With over 26 years of experience, more than 20,000 sessions, and practice across three countries, I bring a unique blend of Japanese, American, and Asian healing traditions to my work.

I believe that true healing occurs more rapidly when both the body and mind are soothed — and that many illnesses are caused or worsened by untreated stress.

My therapeutic methodology is designed to relieve stress, reduce pain, improve flexibility, and support overall wellness. Every session is thoughtfully tailored, blending a variety of massage techniques to address each client’s unique needs.
