The Rooted Therapy Studio was created from a deeply personal place. My inspiration comes from my four-year-old son, who was diagnosed with a nervous system disorder at just two years old. Through consistent chiropractic care and medical massage, I witnessed a profound transformation in his body, regulation, and overall well-being. Seeing firsthand how powerful therapeutic touch can be changed not only his quality of life, but my purpose as a therapist. This experience is what led me to focus on the nervous system and the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support.

At The Rooted Therapy Studio, I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial therapy, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage. My work focuses on reducing inflammation, improving circulation, relieving pain, and helping regulate the nervous system so the body can return to a state of balance and restoration. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether you are dealing with chronic pain, stress, trauma, pregnancy discomfort, or simply in need of deep relaxation.

My practice is based in Redlands, and I serve clients of all ages.
