Specialized Services

Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Ideal following tummy tuck, breast lift, augmentation or reduction, liposuction, joint replacement, and other procedures.
This is a very gentle, light-touch technique that is not painful. It helps reduce swelling, supports the lymphatic system, and promotes faster healing.

Craniosacral Therapy (Adults & Children)
A gentle therapy that helps release tension in the fascia and muscles.
I work with clients experiencing musculoskeletal pain, negative effects from stress, headaches and have experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum with craniosacral therapy.

Headache & Migraine Relief
A therapeutic massage focused on the shoulders and neck, combined with gentle work on the scalp, face, and jaw.
Each session is customized to address your specific symptoms and needs.

TMJ Neuromuscular Treatment
Similar to migraine therapy, this treatment includes therapeutic work on the shoulders and neck, followed by gentle massage of the scalp, face, jaw, and intraoral (inner mouth) muscles when appropriate.

Fragile Health & Hospice Massage
Compassionate, gentle massage for clients with fragile health or in hospice care.
Sessions can be provided in the client’s home, care facility, or my office.
