I started A B Massage Therapy to help facilitate body and mind healing. With a strong background in anatomy and an innate ability to create peaceful presence, my custom treatments can range from therapeutic to full relaxation or anywhere in between.

Direct benefits of massage, backed by empirical data include:

Increased circulation, lymphatic drainage, production of oxytocin, and nutrient exchange
Decreased cortisol, tension in muscle and connective tissues, pain, and stress

I provide Swedish (relaxing and flowing) massage as well as Deep Tissue (therapeutic and rehabilitating) treatments. There is also the option of adding on cupping. Choice of aromatherapy!
