Grounded Presence Therapeutics is a bodywork practice centered on one simple but often overlooked truth: when the nervous system feels safe, the body can begin to let go.

My work is rooted in therapeutic massage, with energy therapy offered as an additional layer of care or as its own dedicated session. Each session is approached with intention—not just to address tension or discomfort, but to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady, supported, and real. Rather than forcing change, I focus on creating the conditions where your body can do what it already knows how to do: soften, regulate, and restore.

I don’t see sessions as something to rush through. This is a space where you can slow down, be met as you are, and experience care that is both grounded and attentive. Whether you’re carrying physical tension, chronic stress, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, the work is tailored to meet you where you’re at.
