For as long as I can remember I have been an advocate for self-care and a strong believer in massage therapy and it's many wonderful affective benefits on our mental and physical well-being.

I have been in the massage industry since 2003. I studied in New York at New York College of Health Professions where I first learned the powers of wholistic healing and bodywork. I became intrigued and made it my passion to help people with chronic pain understand just how amazing their body is meant to feel. I then studied In Georgia at Atlanta School of Massage, where my love for massage continued to grow and evolve.

I specialize in therapeutic massage therapy. I am certified in Sports Therapy, Stretch Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Cupping Therapy .
