My journey in the healthcare field led me to become a Certified Chiropractic Assistant (9+ years) and Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Maryland. I attended Lock Haven University in 1988/89 and graduated from CCBC in 2010 with a Associates Degree in Massage Therapy, after being a stay at home mom to my two beautiful children and a loving wife to my husband of 29 years.

Massage is my passion, I practice what I preach and get massage weekly, understanding there are huge benefits mentally and physically from receiving a massage. Destressing my body gives me the ability to give you the best massage possible, which I pride myself on. My approach involves massaging the muscles from insertion to insertion allowing the muscle to relax more easily. I use Swedish and Deep Tissue strokes utilizing cranio-sacral techniques as well as range of motion around the scapulas and plenty of glute work to help relax the lower back spending a good bit of time on the back as a whole. Your preference is my priority and I tend to be more therapeutic with massage, so if there is an area that you want specifically worked on or just want to relax with only soothing strokes, just ask. My training involves Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Massage, however, I'm also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy Massage.
