Hi I’m Kacie, I am a licensed massage therapist and I am so excited to share in this body, heart, mind & Soul healing experience together. With my athletic background and my own spiritual growth and journey, I combine the integration of athletic massage with the intuition of inner healing. My interest in Body work began as a collegiate soccer player, competitive swimmer and runner. With the challenge of my own injuries and With living an active lifestyle, it has taught me the value of recovery, balance, and listening to the body’s inner cues. Today, I enjoy trail running, hiking, yoga, weight training, and competing in races, keeping me connected to the rhythm of movement and renewal.

Spiritual & Soulful Massage

My spiritual massage offerings invite clients into a slow, deep, exploration of the body. Using connected touch, aromatherapy, breath work, guided mediation, healing frequency music and intentional stillness, I create a space for intention setting, emotional release, calm, energetic balance, and soulful realignment. Guiding each individual to reconnect with their heart, inner peace, spiritual essence and grounded presence, bringing my clients home to their hearts.

Athletic & Performance Massage

My athletic massage work focuses on performance, recovery, and prevention. Through deep, targeted techniques, assisted stretching, and muscle integration, I allow space for athletes and active individuals to restore mobility, release tension, and enhance body awareness. Each session is designed to improve functional strength, accelerate healing, and prepare the body to move with greater ease and power, whether for training, competition, or daily activity.

Integration — Where Movement Meets Mindfulness

The heart of my practice is the integration of both worlds: connecting athletes and active souls to their mind, heart, body, and spirit. Each session blends the precision of performance therapy with the depth of energetic healing, creating a full-spectrum experience of recovery, clarity, and connection.

My intention is to offer a bodywork experience that leaves a lasting impression, facilitating space and a grounding presence to allow clients to leave feeling light, restored, renewed calm, clear and heart centered.
