Hi! I’m Cody, a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people relax, reconnect with their bodies, and feel truly cared for. I believe massage is more than just a treatment—it’s a way to create space for healing, restoration, and meaningful connection.

I studied at the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO and graduated in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to work at a Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office in Landstuhl, Germany, serving the military community and their families. That experience deepened my understanding of how massage therapy can support physical recovery and emotional well-being.

After stepping away to raise my three amazing children, I’m thrilled to be returning to my practice. My goal is to create a cozy, welcoming space where you can truly unwind—whether you're looking to release tension, manage stress, or simply take a moment for yourself.
