I am a licensed massage and wellness therapist focused on supporting physiological regulation, pain reduction, and overall well-being. My professional background began in yoga and progressed into massage therapy, with advanced training in integrative modalities including Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Myofascial techniques. With over 1,000 hours of formal education and extensive hands-on clinical experience—including co-ownership of a yoga studio—I have observed the measurable benefits of these modalities on nervous system regulation, tissue health, and functional recovery.
