Karla is a massage therapist and personal trainer specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal & Infant Massage, Sound Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Cupping, Breast Massage, Qi Gong, Cold Stone Therapy, Reiki, Manual Lymph Drainage, TMJ Therapy, and Sport Massage. She has been in the medical field for over 15 years as a Medical Assistant and received her massage licenses in 2013.

Karla became a personal trainer in 2023, pursuing this additional certification to round out her services, further assisting her clients to live their healthiest life. Through exercises to improve mobility, strength, and functional movement, Karla is able to enhance her massage work for maximum results.

Karla just launched digital basic this year. This to help people connect their social media and how to look at insights. She also can help set up basic website.

Born and raised in Reno, NV, Karla loves spending time with her two beautiful daughters, hanging in the sun and cheering for their favorite sports teams.
