With over 25 years of experience in strength training and human performance, I bring a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and injury prevention to every client session. As a licensed massage therapist and certified Active Release Techniques (ART®) provider, I specialize in resolving pain, restoring mobility, and helping clients perform at their best.

My approach combines advanced therapeutic modalities — including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted techniques — to create customized treatments for athletes, active individuals, and anyone dealing with chronic tension or injury.

Passionate about health and performance, I built DeMattia Muscular Therapy to be more than just massage — it’s a place where people can recover, rebuild, and return to the activities they love with strength and confidence.
