Experience massage reimagined. Where every session is designed with generous time, unlimited enhancements, and personalized care— creating a sanctuary of deep relaxation and renewal unlike anything offered at chain spas.

Welcome to Synergy Spa & Wellness, where every detail is crafted for your comfort, relaxation, and renewal. Appointments include a thoughtful buffer between sessions to ensure each client receives personalized care in an unhurried, serene environment.

Synergy Spa & Wellness is dedicated to providing an elevated, all-inclusive massage experience unlike anything offered by commercial spas. My approach combines expert technique, premium products, and personalized care to create a truly indulgent escape for the mind and body. Synergy Spa & Wellness is designed to be a calming sanctuary—a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the Fashion Mall area. Whether you’re a busy professional needing a reset during a hectic day, or simply someone looking to step out of the noise of daily life, my spa offers the quiet, restorative escape you deserve. Whether it’s your very first massage or you’re a long-time client, I strive to create a space where you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. Every detail is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. From supportive cervical pillows and plush bolsters to ensure perfect positioning, to a discreet phone charging station available should you need it.

Guests are welcomed with a curated selection of complimentary refreshments, featuring Aqua Panna still water, San Pellegrino sparkling varieties, Italian sodas, seasonal juices, and an assortment of gourmet treats. Each visit includes a signature DeBrand artisan truffle, accompanied by thoughtfully chosen accompaniments such as chocolate-dipped fruit, savory cocktail nuts, and biscotti. These refined touches add an extra layer of indulgence to your restorative spa experience.

Unlike chain spas where appointments can feel rushed, each session here is scheduled with generous time in between. This ensures a truly unhurried experience— so you can fully relax, knowing your care and comfort are never compromised.

I’m Carmello Arredondo, a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to creating an unparalleled, restorative experience for every client. I graduated from Indiana Wellness College, with a diploma in Medical & Sports Massage, and have honed my skills working in one of the top spas in the United States, with a strong focus on deep relaxation and stress relief. In addition to advanced massage training, I maintain current CPR certification, underscoring my commitment to client safety and well-being. I am also a proud professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the nation’s largest massage organization, dedicated to advancing the highest standards of practice, ethics, and client care.

This is the essence of Synergy Spa & Wellness—where every enhancement works in harmony with your massage to create a result far greater than any single element on its own. By combining techniques, premium products, and therapeutic modalities, your session becomes a truly elevated experience, delivering benefits that last well beyond the table.

Arrival Time & Intake Form

Intake forms will be emailed in advance for your convenience and can be completed prior to your appointment. If you forget to fill them out beforehand, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time to complete your intake form. This form must be filled out before your session begins, and arriving early ensures you receive your full massage time without interruptions. Printed Intake forms will always be available in the spa waiting area for you to fill out while you wait for your appointment. Complimentary bottled waters are available for your comfort in the spa waiting lounge upon arrival.

My spa suite is located within the dedicated spa area of Salon Lofts, with its own private entrance that opens into a serene spa waiting lounge. This design keeps the space entirely separate from the busier salon environment, allowing it to remain quiet, secluded, and intentionally calming. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed into a tranquil retreat that sets the tone for your session before it even begins.

A Complete Spa Experience

In addition to massage, the spa area at Salon Lofts Keystone offers a thoughtfully curated selection of complementary services. Alongside my suite, you’ll find an esthetician providing luxurious facials and a specialist offering advanced laser hair removal treatments. This unique combination allows you to create your own bespoke spa day—pairing your massage with revitalizing skincare or the confidence of smooth, lasting results. All within one private, tranquil space, these services come together to provide a complete experience of luxury and well-being.

Sanitation & Cleanliness

Your health, safety, and comfort are always my top priority. My treatment room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between clients, with fresh linens and carefully disinfected surfaces prepared for every session. This ensures that every massage takes place in a space that is not only relaxing and luxurious, but also immaculately maintained for your peace of mind.

Booking & Communication

To ensure every guest enjoys an uninterrupted and tranquil experience, I do not answer calls while in session. The quickest way to reach me is by text, as I can respond between appointments. Clients may also book directly through my online booking system, accessible via my website.

Business Cards & Referrals

For your convenience, I now offer a digital business card that can be easily texted, shared, or saved directly to your phone. This makes it effortless to share Synergy Spa & Wellness with friends, family, or colleagues—referrals are always deeply appreciated. I also keep beautifully designed physical business cards in the spa for those who prefer a traditional keepsake. Whether digital or printed, each card is a simple way to connect and share the Synergy experience.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your schedule and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. This ensures that the time reserved for you is honored and allows me to provide the highest level of care to all clients.

Right to Refuse Service

Your comfort, safety, and well-being are my top priorities. For this reason, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in circumstances where a client’s behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. Services may also be declined if recent medical procedures or health conditions make massage inadvisable. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply.

I am committed to maintaining an environment of respect and care, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, identity, religion, or orientation.

Massage Services for Minors

For the comfort and safety of all clients, massage sessions are available for minors ages 15 and older. A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire duration of the session, and written consent may be required prior to the appointment.
