Hi, I’m MaKayla Frisch — a mama to three amazing kids, three dogs, and a proud Nebraska native from McCook. I studied massage therapy in Omaha and quickly fell in love with the healing power of touch. What started as a curiosity became my passion, and now, my career.

At Mak’s Massage & Wellness, I focus on creating a calm, supportive space where clients can unwind, restore, and feel truly cared for. I specialize in Swedish massage, employing a gentle and intuitive approach. I also offer hot stone therapy, deep tissue, and am currently incorporating cupping therapy into my practice.

My philosophy is simple: your body has the power to heal — I’m just here to help guide that process. Whether you're coming in for relaxation, pain relief, or simply time for yourself, I’m honored to be part of your wellness journey.
