Hi, I’m Rebecca, I’ve been a massage therapist for 15 years since graduating from the Minnesota School of Business. Over the years, I’ve discovered my passion lies in helping people find relief from chronic pain and tension so they can feel more like themselves again.

In each session, I blend different techniques, like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and stretching, tailored to what your body needs that day. I’ve worked in both clinics and spas, and no matter the setting, my favorite part of this work is seeing the difference it makes in people’s daily lives. Whether it’s recovering from an accident, managing a long-term condition, or simply being able to move more freely, I feel grateful to support my clients on their journey to feeling better.
