About Renee

With over 30 years of experience as a dedicated preschool teacher, caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do. As my own children grew older and I found more time to focus on myself, I followed a new calling and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. What began as a personal journey quickly became a passion—I fell in love with helping people feel better through the healing power of massage.

I specialize in a customized combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, allowing each session to be tailored to what your body needs that day. Whether you want to relax and relieve stress or need focused attention on tight muscles, knots, and tension, my goal is to help you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.

I have a special passion for working with moms and moms-to-be and specialize in prenatal massage. I understand how much a mother’s body carries—physically and emotionally. I love creating a comfortable, peaceful space where moms can slow down, relax, and receive the care they deserve.

For me, massage is about more than working on sore muscles. It’s about giving someone permission to stop, breathe, and take care of themselves. Whether you’re dealing with everyday stress, muscle tension, pregnancy-related discomfort, or simply need an hour of peace, I’m here to help.

Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.
