Hi, I’m Kristina, a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Raven Foundry. My approach to massage and bodywork is centered around one goal: helping your body feel better, move better, and continue doing the things you love.

I work with clients experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, joint stiffness, limited mobility, and the everyday wear and tear that comes from training, work, and life.
