With more than 10 years of experience in home health and a background in exercise science, Jorge founded Thrive Therapy + Recovery to create a space where wellness, recovery, and personalized care come together. After working closely with both the special needs community and athletes across various levels, he recognized the need for a supportive environment focused on healing, mobility, and long-term well-being. That vision became Thrive Therapy + Recovery.

Drawing from a decade of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of human movement, Jorge takes a whole-body, evidence-informed approach to wellness. Thrive Therapy + Recovery offers a full range of recovery and therapeutic services—including infrared sauna therapy, massage therapy, compression therapy, cupping, and therapeutic stretching—designed to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance.

Jorge and his team of professional therapists are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a calming and inclusive environment. Every client is met with individualized attention, professional expertise, and a genuine desire to help them thrive.

Outside of his work, Jorge is a proud father of three children—all dedicated athletes who inspire his passion for movement and performance. He stays active himself by playing basketball several times a week and enjoying strength training. Jorge also coaches youth basketball, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and giving back to his community. At home, he’s kept busy by two energetic dogs—a Miniature Schnauzer and a Toy Poodle—who add plenty of joy to the family.
