In 2012 when massage therapy found me, more than just my career changed. As a prior recipient of massage, I had felt its widely known benefits: decreased muscle soreness/tension, improved sleep, improved mood, improved digestion, lowered blood pressure, decreased healing time, and increased range of motion. However, as I began to study, learn, and finally teach the various systems and bodywork approaches to the body, I increasingly recognized and respected the innate healing mechanisms within. My focus became (and still is) exploring the most efficient and least intrusive way to treat pathologies of every system. By receiving bodywork from a therapist who employs a whole-person approach—one that is educated, client-centered, and integrated—innumerable symptoms can be relieved. Through this process, the body, mind, and spirit are given an opportunity to restore balance and well-being.

Our session will begin with a thorough health intake and interview, so I may understand your chief complaint and administer any pertinent tests. Subsequently, we will discuss a treatment plan and goals. During treatment, my style is patient and skilled, as I utilize various modalities for results-based therapy. Following our session, our exit interview will include an assessment, detailed plan, and applicable homework.
