Hi, I’m Alexandria, a licensed massage therapist, graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, and the owner of Mindful Mittens Massage in Detroit, MI.

I’m passionate about serving my community by creating a welcoming, supportive space where people can slow down, release stress, and care for their bodies. My work blends relaxation and therapeutic techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and encourage long-term wellness — whether you’re recovering, managing tension, or simply needing time to recharge.

I am now certified in Stretch Therapy through The Stretch Loft Academy, which allows me to integrate assisted stretch techniques into sessions to support improved movement, reduced tension patterns, and lasting results.
