Cultivating Wellness, One Session at a Time

At Root and Bloom Massage, the goal is to help you reconnect with your body and find your natural state of balance. I believe that massage is more than just a luxury—it is a vital tool for recovery, restoration, and personal growth.

I take a personalized approach to every session, listening to both your goals and what your body is telling me. Whether you are looking to find relief from chronic tension, navigate the physical changes of pregnancy, or simply need a quiet space to reset, I am here to support your journey toward feeling your absolute best.

My Specialties & Modalities

To ensure every session meets your unique needs, I integrate a variety of specialized techniques, including:

Swedish Massage: The foundation of relaxation, designed to calm the nervous system and improve circulation.
Cupping Therapy: A powerful tool for myofascial release, helping to lift and stretch soft tissue to relieve deep-seated tension.
Heated Bamboo & Hot Stone: Using consistent, soothing heat to melt away muscle stiffness and provide a deeper level of relaxation without intense pressure.
Prenatal Massage: Specialized, gentle care for expectant mothers, focused on relieving the unique aches and stresses of pregnancy.
Table Thai: Combining rhythmic compressions and assisted stretching to improve flexibility and energy flow, all while you remain comfortably on the massage table.

Ready to Bloom?

I am currently accepting clients throughout the week and on Saturdays. Whether you are rooted in a specific recovery goal or just looking to bloom into a more relaxed version of yourself, I look forward to working with you.
