Desmond L. Diaz is a nationally certified, state-licensed Massage Therapist and an AFAA-Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with over 18 years of experience in health care. His career spans a variety of rehabilitation settings, including sports rehab, hospital inpatient and outpatient care, independent and assisted living, and skilled nursing environments.

Desmond has provided massage therapy to a wide range of clients—from youth and wellness enthusiasts to professional and Olympic athletes. His work has taken him to high-profile events such as the Disney Marathon, Radio Disney’s “Divas on a Dime” event, NKKU Karate and Kung Fu Olympics, and the March of Dimes Mudd Volleyball tournament.

He currently serves as a trusted therapist for athletes from major teams and organizations including Orlando City SC (MLS), Orlando Pride (NWSL), the U.S. Men's and Women’s National Soccer Teams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), Atlanta Braves (MLB), Seattle Mariners (MLB), Cirque du Soleil, and USA Track & Field.

In addition to his work in massage therapy, Desmond is a 7th-degree black belt in Goju Ryu karate with over 30 years of experience as an instructor. As both an athlete and coach for the U.S. Martial Arts National Team, he is a 4-time gold and silver medalist at the TAFISA World Martial Arts Games. His training philosophy incorporates self-defense and high-intensity regimens, preparing students and athletes for peak performance.
