Hi, I’m Selina Aho, a licensed sports massage therapist dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals feel and perform their best. Whether you’re training for competition, recovering from an injury, or simply working hard to stay active, my goal is to support your body’s natural ability to heal and move.

With specialized training in sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and injury recovery, I work with teens, adults, and athletes of all levels. I take the time to listen to your goals, assess your needs, and create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you — whether that means improving flexibility, reducing muscle soreness, or speeding up recovery after tough workouts.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me at the gym lifting weights or doing Jujitsu, always learning new ways to keep the body moving and performing at its best.
