I am a massage therapist focused around the techniques of:

Holding, Jostling, Myofascial Gliding, Percussion, Traction and Directional Friction, and Energy Work.

The majority of my techniques involve or blend in the foundations of other techniques; creating a unique blend that supports all clientele regardless of their fitness levels, helping with structural balance to create a nest for a healthy and fit lifestyle. I believe Athletic massage isn’t just for athletes, I believe it should be available to those who seek to bring their selves to the level of an athlete through fitness and massage that prepares the body for positive changes and forward momentum.

I am a positive energy and faith-based practitioner, and my diagnosis is always going to be “healing,” or “rejuvenating.” In other words I believe in my clientele’s ability to flourish regardless of pre-assumptions, diagnoses, or preconceptions about one’s self and the limitations of their body.

I am an extremely focused and respectful practitioner, I bring the highest level of care when it comes to your body and your overall wellness, and will absolutely NOT tolerate any approaches that are of a sexual or romantic nature. The treatment room is the place for the healing of your joints, muscles, circulatory system, mind, and energy body. I will maintain my integrity and my focus on the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of your body at all times. This is a mutual respect that I will absolutely grant to all clientele, and a way of me keeping the focus where it should be: your wellness.

My background is in Teaching while I studied to receive my Master’s Degree in Religion and Literature at University of Arkansas. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in English at Arizona State University. I served in the Navy for 8 years as a Psychiatric Technician that dual specialized as a Hospital Corpsman, working in emergency room, intensive care unit, and psychiatric wards. I have taken my respect for excellent patient care with me from the military and bring that same level of commitment into the massage treatment room.
