I specialize in working with clients who experience pain across their whole bodies from active lifestyles, desk work, tech neck and other issues we struggle to get out of with just OTC, isometric stretches and hot pads.

I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. I am also good at apply stretches and holds that help the body remember where it is supposed to go and unwind from days, weeks, months or years of poor body mechanics

I also offer advice on activates outside of massage sessions that you can actively pursue to take charge of your body again and live a more balanced life.
