Meet Kristi- Marie, Reiki Master, Health Coach, Aroma Therapist, Vibration and Frequency Practitioner, Nutritional and Holistic Therapist, Mother, Grandmother, Wife, and Owner of Harmonic Body Wellness.

My journey started in 2015 when I found myself in ill-health, depressed, inflamed, angry, unbalanced, not in harmony, and out of tune with my body. I worked 60+ hours a week for a corporation that was not in line with my core values, and I became increasingly unhealthy and frustrated. I was seeking relief from a very high stress job and many cycles of dis-ease, Ill-ness, and emotional torture. For several years I had relied on many medical professionals to oversee and be in-charge of my health and wellness. That year I made a huge leap of faith and left my career of 21 years and worked for and studied under a Natural Path Doctor and Chiropractor. The change of careers made such an impact I decided become a Health Coach and took classes in Aroma Therapy, Nutrition, and Holistic Biochemical Remedies, and learned that vibration and frequency can be used to help the body heal itself.

In the middle of 2016, I was having a chronic debilitating hip issue that I had not experienced before. I worked with the Natural Path Doctor and Chiropractor and found no relief via supplementation of nutrition, holistic medicines, and chiropractic modalities. I decided to try something different. I received my first Reiki Treatment and was hooked.

During my first Reiki Treatment I felt my physical and emotional pain dissolve almost immediately. I had a calmness that I had not felt in a very long time return and I felt renewed. I felt relief of trauma being released and for the first time in years could feel and think clearly and I decided to learn more about Reiki and took classes and became a Reiki Master.
