Many of my clients see me for abdominal massage. I work with conditions such as:

bladder/rectal/uterine prolapse

birth injuries
painful menstruation

post-partum uterine realignment
spiritual and emotional healing from birth trauma
pre and post surgery abdominal massage

abdominal pain after eating

In 2022, I became trauma informed. I believe creating safety inside the body allows for complete alignment and pain relief.

In addition to abdominal therapy, my primary work is in Deep-Tissue massage. The most common conditions I treat are headaches, sciatica/hip issues, and foot pain of all kinds. I incorporate Reflexology into my sessions for deeper relaxation of the nervous system.

In addition to my office in Glastonbury, I also travel to homes in the Greater Hartford area, with lunch-hour requests my most common service.
