I specialize in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports Massage, and Cupping Therapy — each session tailored with care and intention to meet your unique needs.

As a proud mother of three and a happily married woman, I understand the demands of everyday life and the importance of taking time to nurture ourselves.
