I'm Anna Bear!

I want to tell you: I have been there. Mental, physical, emotional pain. Exhaustion. Doing all the right things, seeing all the doctors, attempting to eat perfectly, exercise perfectly, but being thwarted by injury and life life-ing at me. I know what it is like when everything falls apart all at once.

It is hard to even hope.

So let me hold onto hope for you, when it is too hard to hold it for yourself.

I love MFR, because for me, it was a huge part of the puzzle in finding how to reclaim my spark. To teach my body to feel safe again. To get out of oppressive constant pain. To be able to move again, and run again.

I love my work, because I get to share all this with you.
