If you are a new client please be 5-10 mins early to fill out the intake form for your session OR to save time you can also fill it out online when you set your appointment.

FIRST TIME VISIT? Enter through the main/front door on the north side of the building. Go through both doors (there is a building map on the wall next to the second door for reference) once inside both doors go straight back then turn left down the hall, my office is on the left, suite 17, just before the exit doorway.

• A complete cleaning of all surfaces (including the massage table and face cradle) in each treatment room with virus-killing products before/after each session

• Touch-free credit card processing available (venmo, cash app, stripe)
