With over 15 years of experience, Stephanie Whitfield has cultivated a refined approach to therapeutic massage. Her journey began in 2009, progressing from a luxury day spa to working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the body’s mechanics and pathologies.

Stephanie’s core mission is to empower her clients to find long-term resolution to chronic discomfort. Her dedication to continued education and evidence-based practice means she rigorously investigates complex issues to provide highly effective soft-tissue solutions.

Drawing upon her extensive professional background and insights from her personal yoga practice, Stephanie has developed a bespoke treatment philosophy. She approaches every session with intention, designing a customized plan for each client focused on restoring mobility, enhancing well-being, and achieving lasting pain resolution.
