My home studio is a quiet, restorative space — a pause from the noise outside. Every session is a collaboration: I listen to you and your body, adapting each massage to what you need in the moment, whether it’s swedish, deep tissue, sport, cupping, or intuitive touch.

Working on my own body for over 15 years of competitive and amateur weightlifting, I’ve learned to rebuild, recover, and realign from the inside out, honing the ability to read the body’s signals and patterns of tension. My work is more than technique — it’s presence, intuition, and helping you feel safe and at home in your body again.
