I became a massage therapist because I wanted to help people feel more comfortable in their first home—their body. Whether you’re dealing with everyday stress and stubborn tension or recovering from the demands of an active lifestyle, I’m here to help. I work with all kinds of people, including office workers, hairstylists, nurses, doctors, athletes, bodybuilders, and everyone in between.

My style blends the focused techniques of sports and deep-tissue massage with a slow, relaxing flow. Each session is shaped around you and what your body needs that day. Clients often tell me it’s the perfect balance between working through their problem areas and still being able to fully relax.

After more than 16 years of weightlifting and learning how to care for my own body, I’ve developed a strong understanding of recovery and the patterns behind chronic tension. That experience has sharpened my ability to listen to what the body is communicating. My work is about more than technique—it’s about presence, intuition, and helping you feel safe, comfortable, and at home in your body again.
