Prismatic Mind and Body not only focuses on the physical body to renewing and relaxing ones-self but to also focus on your mind and energy.

At Prismatic Mind and Body we offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal Massages along with different add-ons such as hot and cold stones, body brushing, cupping, and a foot treatment to further enhance your massage experience with us. 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, and 120 min sessions are available for select services.

We also offer Reiki Energy Healing. Reiki Energy Healing is a Japanese healing method used to promote stress relief, relaxation, and align your energy. Depending on each session, it can be a hands on or hands off service in which the practitioner transfers life force energy to you. You can do it along with a massage or simply by itself.
