Who you’re working with

Hi, I’m Olivia Gambocarto, LMBT NC#22730

My goal is to provide thoughtful care for complex bodies through assessment that listens to the bodies natural hierarchy and respects the neuro somatic connection.

What I want people to know:

I enjoy science and anatomy just as much as the energetics and artful parts of massage and it is my goal to blend them both. When you come to me, I will take you through a series of assessments, honoring that your body is the smartest one in the room. Through these questions we may uncover areas the body is asking for help in first.

Depending on your session length and specific goals we may move through that work in different ways; always prioritizing the whole organism hierarchy.

My hands on bodywork is slow, calm, and prioritizes moving at a pace in which the nervous system can integrate. I do not like to meet force with force, instead I prefer working through invitation; invitation to let go, invitation to receive, invitation to breathe more deeply.

I have experience and training in modalities such as positional release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, dynamic and static cupping, functional neurology, and weave these together to bring both awareness and relief to your whole body.

All of my tools are included in any session, no add on fees.
