My name is Zach Lewis. I’ve always lived a very active life and live to better myself in every aspect of my life. I strive to be a better person than I was yesterday in my personal life, in fitness and wellness, and learning something new everyday.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, and former personal trainer. My personal training experience has enhanced my massage practice. It has allowed me to understand and manipulate the human body in more ways.

My passion started from the age of 12 when a family member was complaining about their shoulders being stiff and hurting. While massaging their shoulders, my intuition kicked in and felt what would feel good and help with the stiffness. Afterwards feeling a sense of joy and accomplishment I received from a job well done made me happy and triggered something in me to keep practicing. After many years of being encouraged by friends and family I finally enrolled in massage school. I’ve always wanted to do something that could help people, it brings me joy to see the impact that I can make in someone’s life. The impact to live life better.
