Hi, I’m Gerri — a bodyworker with over 35 years of experience helping women reconnect to their bodies and reset from the inside out.

I focus on more than just working out tight muscles. My goal is to help calm your nervous system, allowing your body to truly heal and feel at ease again. My sessions blend therapeutic massage, cupping, sound therapy, and facial tension work — all tailored to what your body needs that day.

I created Laya for women like me — women who are strong, capable, and often carry too much. This is your space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll usually find me moving my body, running my yoga studio, or enjoying quiet time by the water in Alameda.
