At Tigress Massage & Bodywork, each session is tailored to meet your needs and often includes a combination of modalities suited to your comfort and healing. I specialize in therapeutic massage, which includes the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach®, manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, cupping, and stretching.

I’m a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan and Cornell University (BA in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition & Health) in Ithaca, New York, and completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training with Citizen Yoga in Detroit, Michigan. I bring years of athletic experience, studies in Eastern and Western anatomy and philosophy, and a heart full of compassion to my practice.

Bodywork is advantageous at all stages of life and for all activity levels. I work with clients who are experienced athletes, recovering from injury or surgery, experiencing change that comes with the aging process, seeking pre- and post-natal care, as well as anyone looking to improve their physical well-being and live with more ease in their daily lives.
