Appointment Start Times:

Sessions at Roam Bodyworks are scheduled on structured start times on odd-hours: 9, 11, 1, 3, and 5 (for standard office days).

When booking far in advance, MassageBook’s scheduling limitations may display additional start times — like 10, 12, 2, or 4. Please do not book these. Stick to the odd-hour times listed above.

You may occasionally see a half-hour start time. This happens when a longer session was booked prior and has shifted the day’s flow — those are fine to book.

Longer sessions (over 90 minutes) affect the entire day’s schedule. If your booking lands in a way that disrupts the day’s flow, your start time may be adjusted. This is handled well in advance, and you’ll always receive a confirmation.

At the end of the day: no one is guaranteed the start time they see on the calendar. I optimize my schedule to fit my practice, and all minor adjustments will be communicated through the automated system reminders via email/text. It's rare that I need to shift start times but it does happen from time to time.

Booking & Payment

• All appointments are reserved through the online booking system
• A valid card on file is required to book
• All sessions are paid prior to start time (including cash and gift cards)
• Sunday appointments are offered at a 20% increased rate (gratuity included). Monday-Saturday we are non-gratuity.

• DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHERS. Each client must book under their own account (no matter the occasion/circumstance)

(Gift sessions can be purchased via e-gift card or arrange payment in advance)

Before Your Appointment

• A one-time intake form will be sent to your email after booking (check spam) and must be completed prior to arrival
• Future visits will not require additional forms

Arrival & Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early (restroom/payment/session plan)
• Late arrivals may shorten your session
• Keep voices low—sessions may be in progress
• Shoes are removed before entering the studio

• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations will be charged in full

Booking Same-Day

If a same-day appointment appears, it is available to book immediately. Complete your intake form immediately to avoid delays.
